About the presenter:

Richard L. Kuper has over thirty years of business and technology experience. In 1985, after several years of increasing levels of management responsibilities in large corporations, Richard started his own consulting firm. His company, R.L. KUPER, Inc., provides Management Consulting services, including Process, Procedures, Standards, Best Practices, Requirements Management and Documentation.
